Every show includes an introduction of yoga philosophy and a conclusion of yogic breath-work and meditation. Padma leads four yogis on the show, Michael, Salome, Paulina and Steven, through the essentials of classical yoga.
Padma developed, wrote and hosts the 65-episode series, and also sings the theme song, a Sanskrit verse she adapted from a traditional Himalayan chant. She includes some Sanskrit chanting throughout the series, and tells tales of her eight years of adventures and studies in the western Himalayas of India.
