Padma Yoga ships with Canada Post Expedited mail for parcels, or regular letter mail. Delivery should take less than 14 days from the date of ordering. The cost includes postage, packaging, handling costs and tax for shipping. Import duties and taxes to be paid in foreign countries are the responsibility of the customer. RETURNS and REFUNDS DVDs: Padma Yoga offers refunds or exchanges for faulty DVDs. If the DVD you purchased is faulty please email store@padmayoga.ca and we will arrange a refund. You can also mail the DVD(s) to 189-1857 West 4th Ave., Vancouver, BC, Canada, V6J 1M4 with a note explaining the deficiency and your name and contact details. For exchanges please indicate the address to which you would like the new DVD shipped. Return shipping costs in the case of deficient DVDs only will be refunded by Padma Yoga. A store credit will be issued for unopened, returned DVDs in their original packaging. Please email store@padmayoga.ca within 7 days of receipt of your DVDs to inform us that you wish to return them. Shawls, wraps, jewelry and other items: If you are not 100% happy with your purchase from Padma Yoga, you may return it for a refund, exchange or store credit. You must notify Padma Yoga within 7 days of your receipt of the item in question that you wish to return it. Please note: we cannot exchange or issue a refund on an item that has been worn outside. Please also provide details of why you are requesting an exchange (didn’t like the colour, didn’t fit well, etc.), as well as your contact information.
