Rating:  [Practising at home, I have both CD's Ocean and Mountain (blue and green)and use them alternately - they are both different and wonderful - especially for a beginner - the Ocean CD has a great relaxation at the end of the exercise - on a loop - which is nice if you want to extend the relaxation. The chants are wonderful and the flow of exercises and video production is terrific. These are the best CD's for yoga that you can find. Rating is not good it's excellent! ] |
