Hatha Yoga Postures

Hatha yoga postures are done in gentle sequences, attending correct alignment and fluid transitions. The flow of the breath leads the movement of the body. A sense of expansion occurs from the inside outward. The physical and cardio demands range from gentle to more challenging depending on the students and class requirements.
SUKHASANa with back flex- sit comfortably cross-legged (or on a chair) and push your chest forward to flex your back. Breathe four breaths.
