In this course you will be guided through a thorough and deep body
relaxation from head to toe. You will learn effective relaxation of your
breathing and your nervous system, and finally, you will understand how to
deeply calm and refresh your mind.
HARMONY
This course is specifically designed to increase awareness of interpersonal
dynamics and to offer effective and straightforward solutions to resolving
conflict, whether in an office situation, a relationship, or even within
yourself.
We explore the characteristics of the ego and look at what creates conflict. We
then practice several time-tested techniques that effectively diffuse any
tensions and allow you to go forward in clarity, safety and peace.
POWER MEDITATION
This course focuses on concentrating our mind's power of attention, and then
focusing that power on a desired result. This is not only very useful in
everyday life, and particularly in work situations.

Meditation Therapy includes an assessment of your individual need at this time,
and a prescription of specifically selected meditation techniques along with
lifestyle changes that will help you to become stronger and more at ease in your
everyday life.
The assessment includes an analysis of: 1. body type, 2. energy-type and 3.
mentality type. Along with these indicators, we will discuss environmental
factors such as: diet, work, family, and general health & fitness.
The meditations prescribed to help include: 1. breath exercises, 2.
concentration, 3. visualizations, 4. repetition of intentional qualities &
results, 5. mindfulness of mental habit patterns, 6. mindfulness of
sub-conscious assumptions.
The intention of Meditation Therapy is to increase your capacity to see clearly
the workings of your own mind patterns and to become the master of this great
and transformative power that we have. We are only unaware of the power we have
to heal and help ourselves, and of how to master that inner power.
